Lush store in Zagreb was an interesting place yesterday evening. I was invited to Emotional Brilliance event. S. went with me and we learned a thing or two about the new addition to Lush cosmetics line.

Emotional Brilliance is based on wheel of 30 colors in which you pick three that catch your eyes the most. The first one shows your strength or weakness, the other one is something you need and third is your talent. Lovely Ana did the “reading” on us and it was interesting to hear what your colors say about your personality.

There are 3 types of product in the wheel – liquid lipstick, eyeliner and eyeshadow. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised with color choice, especially when I saw a lot of blue shades, which were ones I was mostly drawn to.

I choose two blue shades and one green which tell the story about me searching for peace and quiet, need for more responsibility, and a talent to always have healthy thoughts and views on life. I guess my colors were right :) but since the first blue was out of stock, I had to choose another to take home with me, so I went with purple which represented feeling of safety which is also my weakness. S. also “took the test” and these are her colors. I cant remember what exactly was about, but I know it had some elegancy, perspective something :) My hun is complete opposite of me, I would NEVER go for something like this :D

New collection also includes mascara, two skn tints and face powder. I am impressed with Feeling Younger skin tint because it is the most amazing highlighter I have seen in a long time. It applies so nicely, gives a subtle sheen to skin and it can be used before foundation, mixed with it or as eyes/eyebrow arch accent. That is my apsolute favorite from the collection!

Mascara comes in little bottles, but the thing I really liked about it was that there were disposable wands so you can test it without worrying about catching some eye disease.

I havent tested face powder but from the look of it, it is transparent so it can be used on all skin tones.

Since I was in Lush store for the first time, I took some photos of the products which looked like something I wouldn’t mind eating.

S. and me went back home dead tired :)

And I decided it is time I finally work on my social skills. I suck at mingling and talking to people.
